Ainotech Global Nigeria operates the Ainotech ecommerce marketplace at https://ainotechweb.com. References to "Ainotech", "we", "our", or "us" mean Ainotech Global Nigeria.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using Ainotech, creating an account, placing an order, selling on the marketplace, using delivery services, or contacting support, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, apps, or services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must have legal capacity to use our services and provide accurate registration, delivery, billing, and contact information.
• You are responsible for protecting your password, OTPs, and account access.
• You must not use Ainotech for fraud, abuse, unlawful resale, prohibited goods, intellectual property infringement, or any activity that harms customers, sellers, riders, or the platform.
• Some products and services require you to be at least 18 years old.

3. Product information, pricing, and availability

We work to keep product details, prices, images, descriptions, stock, delivery fees, and promotions accurate. Ecommerce information can change quickly. We may correct errors, cancel unavailable items, reject suspicious orders, or update product information where required.

4. Orders, payment, and delivery

• An order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, cancel, or split an order based on stock, payment verification, delivery coverage, legal restrictions, or suspected misuse.
• You agree to pay the product price, delivery fee, taxes, service fees, and any other displayed charges.
• Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
• Risk in physical goods passes according to applicable law and the delivery method used.

5. Rated 18+ and age-restricted products

Ainotech may list products that are marked rated 18+, adult, intimate, sexual wellness, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for minors. By viewing, adding to cart, purchasing, receiving, reviewing, or otherwise interacting with rated 18+ products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access and purchase those products in your location.

• We may require age confirmation, identity verification, or additional delivery checks before completing an 18+ product order.
• You must not purchase, receive, resell, gift, display, or make available any rated 18+ product to a minor.
• You are responsible for complying with local laws, customs rules, import restrictions, and community standards that apply to the product.
• We may hide, restrict, cancel, refuse, or remove rated 18+ products or orders at our discretion or where required by law, payment partners, logistics providers, or platform policy.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, many intimate, adult, or sealed personal-use items are not returnable once opened, used, damaged, or unsealed, except where applicable law requires otherwise or where the item is defective, wrong, or damaged on arrival.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled under our Return Policy. Refunds may be refused where an item is used, altered, missing parts, returned late, damaged after delivery, or excluded for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.

7. Sellers and marketplace transactions

Some products may be supplied by third-party sellers. Sellers are responsible for lawful listings, accurate descriptions, genuine products, safe packaging, fulfilment, warranty information, and compliance with Ainotech seller rules. Ainotech may moderate listings, hold payouts, remove products, or restrict sellers where policy violations occur.

All Ainotech names, logos, content, software, page designs, photos, text, and marketplace features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, misuse, reverse engineer, or exploit our content except as permitted by law or written approval.

9. User reviews, messages, and submissions

You must ensure that reviews, messages, images, and other submissions are truthful, lawful, respectful, and free from harmful code. We may moderate, remove, or refuse content that is misleading, abusive, explicit, unlawful, spammy, or unrelated to the product or service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Ainotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies once published on Ainotech. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
