1. Return eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, delivery date, seller terms, and applicable law. Items should be returned complete, unused, undamaged, with accessories, manuals, packaging, tags, invoices, and any warranty cards where applicable.

2. Non-returnable or restricted items
