Seller Policy

Ainotech Global Nigeria operates the Ainotech ecommerce marketplace at https://ainotechweb.com. References to "Ainotech", "we", "our", or "us" mean Ainotech Global Nigeria.

1. Seller eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate identity, business, contact, payout, tax, and verification details. Ainotech may approve, reject, suspend, or remove sellers where verification fails or policy violations occur.

2. Listings and product quality

• Products must be genuine, lawful, accurately described, safely packaged, and fit for sale.
• Prices, images, SKUs, variants, stock, warranties, delivery timelines, and product conditions must be accurate.
• Counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, illegal, recalled, misleading, or prohibited products are not allowed.

3. Rated 18+ seller obligations

Sellers listing adult, intimate, sexual wellness, restricted, or rated 18+ products must clearly mark them as age-restricted, comply with all applicable laws, avoid misleading claims, and ensure product imagery, descriptions, packaging, and fulfilment do not target minors.

• Sellers must not list illegal adult content, exploitative material, non-consensual material, products involving minors, or any product prohibited by law or Ainotech policy.
• Sellers must provide accurate hygiene, safety, battery, usage, warranty, and return restriction information for intimate or personal-use products.
• Ainotech may remove or restrict 18+ listings, cancel orders, request documentation, hold payouts, or suspend sellers that fail to follow these rules.

4. Fulfilment and customer service

Sellers must dispatch orders on time, keep stock accurate, cooperate on delivery issues, respond to support requests, and handle returns or refunds according to Ainotech policy and applicable law.

5. Payouts and fees

Ainotech may deduct marketplace fees, commissions, delivery charges, refunds, penalties, chargebacks, or other amounts allowed under seller terms. Payouts may be delayed or held during disputes, fraud reviews, or policy investigations.

6. Enforcement

Violations may lead to listing removal, order cancellation, payout holds, account suspension, termination, reporting to authorities, or other action necessary to protect customers, sellers, riders, and Ainotech.
